Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like something, email info@luckyheavens.com and we will quote it.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $8 on every order, and free on orders over $125. A flat rate is simpler than quoting per parcel, and it means the price you see in the cart is the price you pay.

Digital downloads

Digital products are not posted and carry no shipping charge. Your download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as payment completes, and is also sent to you by email. Links remain valid for 30 days — please save the file somewhere safe.

How long it takes

Items we stock are usually packed within two business days. Made-to-order pieces — apparel, phone cases, posters and anything printed for you — are made after you order, so allow a few days longer before they ship.

Large and made-to-order items

The handcrafted astrology table ships by freight rather than post, and delivery is quoted per destination. It is not sold through the cart for that reason — email us and we will quote delivery to your address before anything is charged.

Problems

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, emailinfo@luckyheavens.com with your order reference and we will sort it out.
