These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and to transactions related to our products and services. By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by them.

By using this website or contacting us electronically, you agree that we may communicate with you by email, and that all agreements, notices and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

3. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own and control the copyright and other intellectual property rights in this website and in the artwork, data and other resources displayed on it. All rights are reserved.

Every design sold here is drawn by hand. Buying a product gives you the product; it does not give you a licence to reproduce, resell or redistribute the artwork. This applies equally to digital downloads — a purchased file is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before any applicable tax. We take reasonable care to price and describe everything accurately; if an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Some items are made to order. Where that is the case it is stated on the product page, along with what it means for delivery.

5. Returns and shipping

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy and delivery by our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Third-party services

Payments are handled by Stripe and some items are printed and shipped by Printify. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
